Overview
We are seeking an experienced Applications Developer 3 to join our dynamic IT transformation team. This role is pivotal in streamlining engineering workflows by consolidating multiple intake forms and integrating backend systems to enhance user experience and reduce redundancy.
? Typical Day in the Role
- Collaborate with a large team of engineers to support ongoing IT transformation initiatives.
- Design and develop a consolidated intake system that merges 6-7 existing forms into a simplified, user-friendly interface.
- Lead front-end development efforts with a strong focus on UX design and usability.
- Integrate various backend systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Participate in team coordination, sprint planning, and technical decision-making under tight deadlines.
- Communicate and defend architectural standards and scoping decisions to IT leadership and development teams.
- Development of a unified intake platform to reduce repetitive tasks for engineering teams.
- Backend system integration to support data consolidation and automation.
- UX optimization to improve employee interaction with internal tools.

- Lack of hands-on experience with Azure stack and integration tools.
- Proven experience in backend system integration and front-end UX development.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
- Strong communicator with the ability to advocate for technical decisions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP) is a plus.
- Review and refresh your knowledge of the Azure ecosystem, especially integration tools and services.
- Be prepared to discuss past projects involving form consolidation, UX improvements, and backend integrations.
