What you'll be able to do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive component and system level test plans for high voltage power electronics including Onboard Charger, DC-DC and High Voltage BMS.
- Design, troubleshoot and maintain End of Line (EOL) testers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements, hardware validation and failure analysis.
- Lead homologation test planning and execution.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer with focus on power electronics.
- Strong expertise in hardware bring-up, EMC testing, test automation and design validation (DV).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize End of Line testers for production reliability.
- Familiarity with Automotive EMC and Electrical testing standards and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
