Job Details

Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support focused on PC migration activities, including hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and system upgrades at client sites.
Responsibilities:
Perform PC migrations, including data backup, device setup, and application reinstallation.
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and network-related issues.
Assist users in transitioning to new hardware or updated operating systems.
Document issues and resolutions following company standards.
Collaborate with L3 support and engineers for unresolved issues.
Maintain inventory records for migrated devices.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11).
Experience with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT).
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Good communication and customer service skills.
