NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Business Analyst to join our team in the USA, remote for a short-term assignment.

Role Responsibilities

• The DGPO IT Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in the development and implementation of robust procedural documentation, optimizes performance through process improvement activities, and bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of an efficient and user-friendly data management solutions.
• Work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action
• Devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and any related improvement initiative
• Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas
• May include compliance validation.
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
• Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
• Follows established guidelines/procedures.
  

Required Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of technical experience
• 2+ years of SQL and requirements documentation

Preferences

• Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
• Six Sigma Certified

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($40.00 - $45.00/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
