Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager for a large-scale Data Inventory initiative, where you'll lead critical transitions and collaborate across various teams in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and transition of a new data scanning tool, ensuring smooth integration into business operations.
- Plan and execute the decommissioning of existing tools, engaging with multiple business lines and teams.
- Influence and collaborate across organizational levels without direct authority to achieve project goals.
- Engage with key stakeholders to coordinate the sunsetting of outgoing platforms.
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, with proficiency in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Strong organizational and program management capabilities, with experience using MS Project and Jira.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a highly regulated environment, particularly within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- PMP certification and experience in technology or data projects are advantageous.
