Position Overview:
As a QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software and systems. You will work closely with development teams to define and execute testing strategies, identify potential issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
Perform functional, regression, performance, and automation testing to ensure software quality.
Work closely with developers and product managers to understand business and technical requirements.
Identify, report, and track software defects and work with development teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and verify fixes.
Ensure thorough test coverage across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.
Create and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive testing tasks using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of test processes, test frameworks, and automation practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
Maintain test documentation and generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Experience with manual and automated testing frameworks.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience in API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Open to candidates who are holders, s, or U.S. citizens only.
Must be able to work on a W2 basis (no C2C or 1099).
