Project Manager III

The purpose of this role is to manage the program of key IT & business projects within Merchant Technology for the Technology Solutions Division. You will be a main point of contact for IT projects and programs within the division and will perform a key role in helping the business to deliver these on time. You will work with the business & IT Leaders to bring certainty and speed of delivery to our initiatives, while also delivering against the IT strategy.

• You'll be responsible for IT project/program execution, capacity planning, management and governance
• You'll ensure that the top level strategy and OKRS (objectives and key results) are tracked, reviewed and managed across programs to drive real change across the organization
• You'll ensure timely delivery of assigned projects/programs, securing appropriate resources and ensuring they hit strategic milestones and KPIs
• You'll manage large project demand requests made of the project teams, allocating resources appropriately, allowing for up-front decisions, and ensuring program plans are completed.

• Relevant project management qualifications (Prince 2, PMP etc..)
• Experience in Fintech or Payments industry preferred

• 7-10 years experience in project and program management within an IT department
• Experience working with multi-disciplined teams and IT suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Previous experience in presenting to Senior management & C-level executives
