Learning and Communications Specialist/ Writer

Duration : 4 months

Location : Moline, IL

Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and partner on delivering training programs for employees, focusing on technology and productivity solutions. This includes product features, applications, and system technologies.
Content Development: Research, adapt, and develop high-level training materials and activities for various classes, including marketing, technical, management, and sales.
Training Aids: Construct and maintain training aids, classroom exercises, simulations, and practice exercises as appropriate for the curricula.
Evaluation and Improvement: Continually evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make appropriate changes to course materials and delivery.
Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product and Communications in developing and delivering relevant timely material.
Communication Plans: Develop detailed communication plans to ensure key audiences receive important messages regarding current projects, events, or changes impacting the business.
Content Creation: Write, develop, and coordinate strategic communication content that impacts the knowledge and understanding of key projects, events, or business changes.
Media Utilization: Work with multiple media such as video, design, and print to share function-related information.

Skills and Qualifications:

Effective Writing Skills: Strong grammatical usage, persuasive copy, and style.
Instructional Design Experience: Familiarity with educational theory, instructional design, and curriculum development.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Office 365 suite, and Copilot a plus
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
