Role Objective

This role is critical in driving regional growth and successful delivery of high-tech geospatial and grid management software solutions. The position focuses on SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS, ADMS, and asset management systems that enable grid intelligence and modernization for electric utilities, renewable energy providers, and public service sectors.

The successful candidate will collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end project delivery, from proposal and solution design to implementation and customer success.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Support proposal and project delivery activities for digital grid solutions, ensuring alignment between technical, commercial, and delivery teams.

  • Work with geospatial asset management platforms and integrate them with operational technologies for grid monitoring, outage management, and system optimization.

  • Contribute to project planning, cost estimation, risk assessment, and scheduling.

  • Liaise with technical teams to design efficient, cost-effective delivery strategies for SCADA/EMS/DMS/OMS/ADMS projects.

  • Partner with 3rd-party vendors and system integrators for delivery support and sourcing.

  • Ensure seamless handoff between pre-sales (ITO) and delivery (OTR) teams for implementation.

  • Develop and maintain tools for estimating and tracking project WBS tasks.

  • Present technical proposals, demos, and solution documents to customers and stakeholders.

  • Participate in customer negotiations on both technical and commercial aspects.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of project execution frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

  • Support compliance, cybersecurity, and data integrity requirements across grid solutions.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, GIS, or related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical software implementation, project management, or application engineering.

  • Strong exposure to one or more: SCADA, EMS, DMS, OMS, ADMS, or GIS-based asset management systems.

  • Understanding of power systems, utility operations, and outage/grid management.

  • Experience working with major industry platforms (GE, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Hitachi, OSI, Survalent, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $170,000 $190,000 (USD)

  • Bonus Eligible

Ideal Candidate Background
  • Experience with grid modernization and digital utility transformation projects.

  • Proven track record in technical proposal management, tendering, or solution architecture.

  • Ability to work with emerging technologies such as DER, microgrids, renewable energy integration, and advanced analytics.

  • Prior experience in companies such as GE, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Hitachi, OSI, Survalent, Honeywell, Eaton, or energy-tech startups.
