Program Overview:
CUNY Workday Deployment of HR and Finance Modules - This project involves migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday. It will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules.
Duties:
Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies.
Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.
Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
Must Haves:
Must have 7+ years of Systems Analyst experience.
7 years of experience developing and executing a data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
7 years of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
7 years of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.
7 years of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.
7 years of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
7 years of experience developing and maintaining clear and consistent documentation for data and conversion processes
and procedures.
7 years of experience working collaboratively with various technical teams (but not limited to) such as PeopleSoft,
workday, database administrators, cybersecurity analysts to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
Must have Oracle PeopleSoft Certification
