Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects across HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Act as a liaison between client leadership and implementation teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience.
5+ years of Project Management experience in Oracle Fusion implementations.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP across modules such as HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain.
Proven ability to manage complex ERP implementations or upgrades in a matrixed environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working in large enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
