Marketing Activation Coordinator (Contract Role)

Overview:
Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Activation Coordinator/Account Manager to support a fast-paced, cross-functional marketing program. This role will focus on executing incentive and media campaigns within the CPG space, supporting key promotional initiatives that drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Incentive Campaigns (Promotions & Coupons):
Plan and build activation timelines
Coordinate offer setup and intake documentation
Manage supplier communications and follow-ups
Support creative development and nomination approvals
Track budgets, spending, and campaign performance
Compile and deliver campaign result reports
Media Campaigns:
Develop one-pagers and strategic recommendations
Create and track campaign opportunities in internal systems
Manage supplier briefs, approvals, and campaign targeting
Maintain campaign trackers and documentation
Deliver post-campaign reporting and conduct supplier reviews
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Outlook
Experience in CPG marketing, promotions, or media activation
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple deadlines
Ability to ramp up quickly and follow structured processes

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range of $25/hr. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
