Job Details

Are you a network engineer with Cisco experience who can execute creative solutions to complex problems? This opportunity is a full time Senior Network Engineer position in Bensalem, PA.

In this Senior Network Engineer position you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting network systems across different branches and office locations within this company. Deep technical knowledge, strong documentation skills and the ability to manage projects while supporting daily operations are required. This opportunity requires on-site work in Bensalem, PA for the first 90 days, but then allows you the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work from home schedule with an on-call rotation requiring you to be on-site once a week monthly.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience working with Cisco network equipment
  • Expert in configuration and troubleshooting for Cisco IRS Routers, Cisco Catalyst and Nexus Switches, Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Strong knowledge of how networks and network security work (BGP, MP BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, IPsec, MACsec, VPN, 802.1x)
  • Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Comfortable using network related tools and applications (SSH, SNMP, SMTP, NetFlow, PKI, Cisco DNA, Cisco DCNM/NDFC, ASDM, FMC, and Panorama)
  • Strong skills in managing and organizing technical projects
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with next generation firewalls, network security technologies, load balancers and network monitoring tools
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical information to technical and non-technical individuals
  • Flexible with work hours and able to travel to branch locations if needed for maintenance
