Job Title: Project Manager Oracle Retail RMS Migration & Upgrade
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration, implementation, and upgrade of Oracle Retail RMS (Retail Merchandising System). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale ERP or IT projects, preferably within the retail domain, and will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Oracle functional teams, and technical resources to ensure timely and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Retail RMS migration and upgrade initiatives.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project scope, goals, and requirements.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Retail RMS functional and technical teams to plan and execute discovery sessions.
  • Prepare comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project deliverables across multiple phases-discovery, development, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Monitor project progress, manage changes, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders, prepare status reports, and ensure transparent communication.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in ERP or large-scale IT implementations.
  • Proven experience managing Oracle Retail RMS migration, implementation, or upgrade projects.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical and functional Oracle consultants.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail technology domain.
  • PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Retail product suite (RMS, ReSA, RIB, RPM) is a strong advantage.
