.NET Team Lead & Engagement Manager
Location: Windsor, CT
Hybrid: onsite 4 days a week
Salary: UP TO 130K with Full time benefits

Someone with strong communication, solid L2/L3 exposure, leadership-level client engagement, and a proven ability to identify improvement areas in existing applications.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Team Lead & Engagement Manager who can lead technical teams and manage strategic client engagement. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing enterprise-grade code and owning the relationship with senior client stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers through the SDLC using Agile best practices.
  • Architect and build scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server.
  • Conduct code/design reviews and promote development standards.
  • Oversee sprint planning, task commitment, and continuous delivery across releases.
  • Own and track technical risks, blockers, and resolution paths.
Client Engagement & Ownership
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across delivery phases.
  • Engage with senior client leadership to understand goals, align deliverables, and shape roadmaps.
  • Run strategic conversations beyond status reports focusing on value delivery and relationship growth.
  • Identify new opportunities within accounts and collaborate with internal teams on proposals and expansion.
  • Drive ownership culture across teams ensure visibility, accountability, and proactive communication.
