Role: Click House Data Engineer / SME
Location: New York, NY- 3 days/week onsite
Duration: 6 months contract with potential hire

Role Overview:
Seeking a highly skilled ClickHouse Data Engineer / Subject Matter Expert to design, implement, and optimize large-scale data solutions. This role requires deep expertise in ClickHouse database architecture, performance tuning, and advanced query optimization, with strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize high-performance ClickHouse data models and queries.
- Implement ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune database performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise with ClickHouse database design, scaling, and optimization.
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of distributed database concepts.
- Experience with data engineering tools, pipelines, and cloud environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
