Job Title: Cority Configurator / Cority Administrator
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long-Term
Our client is seeking an experienced Configurator to support and optimize its enterprise workplace management and environmental health & safety (EHS) platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cority, and will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing these systems to improve operational visibility, compliance, and performance across Client s global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and customize Corityfor environmental, health, safety, and sustainability workflows, ensuring compliance with global standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, IT, Finance, EHS, and HR) to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system configurations.
- Support system integrations, data quality, and reporting across GWS applications.
- Develop and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and release validation for new functionality or updates.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within the GWS technology ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of configuration or systems administration experiencein enterprise workplace management or EHS systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Cority platforms including configuration, workflow setup, permissions, and data management.
- Proven ability to analyze business processesand translate them into system solutions.
- Experience with data integration toolsand reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced global organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other workplace systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Archibus, or Tririga).
- Familiarity with global compliance and sustainability standards.
- Background in Global Workplace Services, Facilities Management, or Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
