We're partnering with a high-visibility Texas agency to bring on a seasoned PeopleSoft Administrator and Upgrade SME someone who knows how to keep environments stable, secure, and up-to-date while thriving in a dynamic, multi-system landscape.

If you re a guru in PUM upgrades, system patching, and know your way around CAPPS, EMAT, TGIF/ER, and CR modules, this role puts you in the driver s seat of enterprise application excellence with 90% remote flexibility.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Lead monthly CAPPS Financials upgrades and critical patching for Linux and Windows systems tied to the PeopleSoft application stack

  • Perform full-stack PeopleSoft 9.2 installations and configurations across tiers, leveraging PUM, DPK, and Change Assistant

  • Develop, test, and maintain custom PeopleSoft modules, including Education Materials (EMAT), Texas Grants Interface (TGIF)/Expense Reports (ER), and Cash Receipts (CR)

  • Provide hands-on support and performance tuning for PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) components Tuxedo, WebLogic, Oracle DB, Process Schedulers, etc.

  • Spin up and manage new PeopleSoft environments on demand, including PUM image installs and release image management

  • Drive troubleshooting, workflow enhancements, bug resolution, and fluid approvals across modules

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integrations with external systems such as TEAL, eGrants, CNP, FSP, and CEMS

  • Automate recurring administrative tasks and mentor current staff on PeopleSoft administration best practices

  • Lead efforts in system security, performance monitoring, and documentation to support audit and compliance goals

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 10+ years working with CAPPS PeopleSoft Financials systems, upgrades, and integrations

  • Deep expertise in Integration Broker, Web Services, and STAT deployment tools

  • Mastery of PeopleSoft XML/BI Publisher report development

  • Proven experience standing up and maintaining PeopleSoft infrastructure on Linux/Red Hat, with Oracle 19c or higher

  • Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.51+ and full PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 suite

  • Track record of solving tough application issues and optimizing performance in complex environments

  • Comfort working with PUM image installs, patching, and automation strategies

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in Quest STAT administration

  • Familiarity with Education Materials, Grants, and Cash Receipts modules

  • Passion for automating processes and mentoring others in PeopleSoft best practices
