Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Technical Lead who will oversee the technical configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Workday system. They will demonstrate strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Additionally, they will have proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing integrations between Workday and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.

Duties:

  • Oversee the technical configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Workday system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Design, implement, and manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage Workday security protocols and configurations to ensure data privacy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Stay informed about Workday updates and new features, evaluating their impact on our organization.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the IT helpdesk to escalate and manage complex technical problems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions to empower end-users with Workday technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to align Workday strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualification/ Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of extensive experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits and Absence.
  • Proven experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and calculated field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday security, compliance, and data protection.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Qualifications/ Skills:
