Business Analyst I

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst I in Mountain View, CA.

Summary:
Are you a data-driven professional with expertise in analyzing employee feedback? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team and take on the critical role of analyzing front-line employee and partner feedback to drive improvement and create valuable insights. In this role you will build, administer and analyze surveys, build and maintain employee feedback dashboards, and interact with development teams to make real change for front-line workers.

Duties:
* Business Analyst I will collaborate with stakeholders to design and administer employee and partner surveys using Qualtrics
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis of survey results utilizing Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools to identify trends and actionable insights
* Import and transform data into Palantir, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
* Develop interactive dashboards in Palantir to visualize and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
* As a Business Analyst I, you will report and follow up on dev issues using JIRA
* Create professional share-outs of analytical findings and recommendations using Google Slides

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or higher preferred
* Proven experience in data analysis and survey administration, preferably with a focus on employee or partner front-line feedback
* Experience with Qualtrics for survey creation and administration
* Experience using JIRA to interact with development teams
* Familiarity with Palantir for data transformation and dashboard creation
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other data analysis tools
* Proficiency in Google Sheets for data manipulation and Google Slides for creating impactful presentations
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
