Job Details

Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

  • We re looking for a collaborative and service-driven professional who thrives on helping others. As an Employee Service Center Specialist, you ll be the first point of contact for employees, tackling a wide variety of HR-related questions and ensuring every interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and confidentiality. Your work will play a key role in building scalable, employee-first support processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries in ServiceNow across HR, Benefits, Compensation, Workforce Management, and more.
  • Manage and resolve employee cases within SLA, ensuring clear and compassionate communication throughout.
  • Accurately prepare and route time-sensitive documents (I-9s, verifications, offboarding, unemployment claims, personnel files).
  • Partner with stakeholders across Benefits, Compensation, Talent Success, IT, Legal, and other teams to provide seamless support.
  • Promote self-service by guiding employees to intranet resources and suggesting improvements to content where needed.
  • Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee support experience.

Experience:

  • 1+ years of HR-related experience (coursework or HR exposure will also be considered).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to deliver information with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
  • Comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and evolving environment.
  • Self-starter who can reliably work in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow HRSD and Workday (preferred).

  • Technical Certificate, associate s degree, or military technical training in a relevant discipline. BSEE, BSEET, or equivalent engineering degree preferred.
