Job Description
Manage all the external data transmission from the bank - if we are sending data to a third party, it goes through a ton of approvals. depending on what the data is,
Case managers who will manage these requests/cases
Project at the bank and transmitting data outside of the bank this is what you will have to go through
90 cases/ 80 cases - facilitation/ understanding the process helping the partners get through the loop holes.
Catch up on audit/regulatory issues
1) General awareness of Technology Standards such as Application Development, Cloud Governance, Information Security etc. 2) Highly detail oriented work on multiple in-flight projects w/ SLA driven deliverables 3) Ability to research complex technology issues involving multiple teams across Global Technology
The CIO Case Manager is a position within the GTGO GSEP DQCE Governance & Execution team. This role oversees the approval process for the outbound data requests for the Global Technology Font Line Units that want to utilize a vendor to manage banking service(s). This role operates in a fast-paced environment with an expectation to complete deliverables within SLAs. This position requires a lot of multi-tasking without losing effectiveness in day-to-day processing of Cases in a detail-oriented manner.
In this position, the CIO Case Manager will deal with many areas of the Bank such as, but not limited to, the Front-Line Units, Global Information Security, Application Managers, Data Transmission Services, Privacy, Permissible Use, Global Cloud Governance, and more. This role will also:
Partner with teams across Global Technology to support completion of Data Transmission Registrations (DTR) to ensure compliance with External Data Transmission Standard under the Enterprise Data Management Policy.
Manage assigned portfolio of DTRs (up to ~120).
Meet deliverables within SLAs and work overtime when necessary.
Perform QA activities on information provided and evidence uploaded in the PTSR workflow.
Responsible for ensuring all Control reviews have been completed satisfactorily prior to recommending Approval of external transmission by CIO Representative/Delegate.
Assists DTR Requestors and Process Owners by providing escalation point of contacts if any dependencies (e.g., Information Security findings) are not progressing.
Ability to recognize when escalations are necessary and feel comfortable escalating non-action to senior leadership.
Communicate detailed and/or executive summary level updates for inflight Cases.
Train new CIO Case Managers.
