Job Details

Work Schedule - M-F 9am - 5pm OR 8am - 4pm

Requirements:

  • Onsite only, no work from home option
  • Covid vaccinated
  • On-Call Duty: Once every 4-6 weeks
  • Lift and shift computer peripherals as needed
  • 4+ years of experience in Desktop troubleshooting
  • Support client day-to-day functionality and efficiency
  • Provide IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices at the allocated location
  • Respond to customer requests effectively and communicate with them to address issues
  • Demonstrate good knowledge in Desktop/Printer/Laptop Troubleshooting
