Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling IT solutions and services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and identifying new opportunities to expand our service offerings. You will work closely with technical teams and other departments to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of inbound leads, outbound outreach, networking, and industry events.
Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including client presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and negotiations.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in both prospective and existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Solution Selling: Understand client business challenges and goals, and provide tailored IT services and solutions (e.g., cloud services, managed IT services, software development, cybersecurity solutions) to meet their specific needs.
Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with pre-sales, engineering, and technical teams to craft proposals and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, providing ongoing support, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring contract renewals.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing regular updates and forecasts to the management team.
Market Research & Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings, to position our services effectively.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8 - 12 years of experience in IT sales, specifically selling IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, managed services, or IT consulting.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills:
o Strong understanding of IT services and technology (cloud computing, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.).
o Proven ability to manage and close complex sales cycles.
o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
o Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships at various levels of an organization.
o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools.
o Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
