CNC Shop Foreman - Lead the Future of Custom Cabinetry

Pay Range: $26.84 - $32.32 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: 7 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed

What You'll Do
As the CNC Shop Foreman, you'll be the go-to leader on the production floor. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily operations in a CNC-based cabinet shop, ensuring top-notch quality, efficiency, and safety
- Leading a team of CNC operators and cabinetmakers, assigning tasks and monitoring workflow
- Overseeing setup, programming, and operation of CNC machinery (including Edgebander and Homag equipment)
- Managing production schedules to meet deadlines for custom cabinetry projects
- Enforcing quality control standards to ensure precision craftsmanship
- Coordinating tooling, machine maintenance, and inventory with purchasing and maintenance teams
- Promoting workplace safety and maintaining an organized, clean shop environment
- Training and mentoring staff on best practices and production techniques
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of supervisory experience in a cabinet or woodworking shop (CNC-based strongly preferred)
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and woodworking processes; CAD/CAM software skills (Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, Fusion 360), a plus
- Leadership: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs and work in a hands-on production setting
- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with OSHA standards and workplace safety practices
