Job Details
Role: Senior Front-End Developer
Location: Berkeley Heights NJ or Frisco TX
Responsibilities and Duties
- Own the design and delivery of high quality features and enhancements.
- Provide estimates and actively participate in the spring planning process.
- Produce highly secure solutions.
- Tune the performance of the existing codebase and peer review code.
- Work closely with the technical lead and team members to design and plan components and
- interaction patterns, actively participating in design discussions and decision-making processes.
- Participate in technical and architecture discussions about our front-end applications
Qualifications and Skills
- Front-end development experience and knowledge of JavaScript modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience writing and working with REST APIs.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams working on features for our customers
- Familiarity with automated build pipelines; continuous integration or continuous delivery
- Proven experience using code repositories such as GitHub.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with UX designers and Product owners to deliver the best UX for our customers
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality code using automated tests for unit tests and end-to-end tests (using Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace customer centric environment.
- 5+ years of experience in web application development using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
