We have an urgent role of PowerBI Developer in Jersey City, NJ

Locations: NJ (Hybrid Model)

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

This role has flexible hybrid working options.

Basic Qualifications:

3 5 years' experience as an analytics developer specializing in Power BI
Proficient in utilizing Power Query and DAX
Educated to degree level preferably in an IT-related discipline, or with
significant industry experience
Knowledge of, and a willingness and ability to adapt to new analytics technologies
A very strong understanding of relational and dimensional databases and an ability to query databases to troubleshoot issues in reporting
A flair for clean User Interface / Dashboard design principles
Ability to absorb; present complex ideas quickly; accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Denodo is a plus
Experience utilizing APIs
Experience with Cloud based platforms (Preferably Azure) is a plus
Nice to have exposure to PowerApps and Power Automate
Hands on experience with Power BI on-premises enterprise data gateways
Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Cognos) is a plus
