Senior BI Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Reporting Analyst with a strong background in Business Intelligence (BI) and a proven track record in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that incorporate advanced analytics and machine learning to provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To excel in this role, the Senior BI Reporting Analyst must demonstrate proficiency in or be willing to learn:

• Commercial Insurance Systems Analysis:
  • Work directly with senior leaders within Cyber and professional Insurance business, claims and operations spaces to align data and analytics needs and priorities to an executable roadmap.

• BI Solution Design and Development:
  • Design and develop end-to-end BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and analytics, incorporating AI techniques for advanced data analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations and reports.
  • Empower stakeholders with actionable insights, fostering data-driven decision-making across various functions.
• BI Solution Design and Development:
  • Design and develop end-to-end BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and analytics, incorporating AI techniques for advanced data analysis.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into meaningful visualizations and reports.
• Data Modeling and Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain data models for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business data, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
  • Implement best practices for data warehousing, ETL processes, and report optimization.
• AI Integration:
  • Integrate AI and machine learning algorithms into BI solutions to enhance predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities.
  • Utilize natural language processing (NLP) and other AI technologies to enable advanced data interpretation and interaction.
• Collaboration and Training:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and BI solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and functionalities.

Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, the individual must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Master s degree or three-six years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Proven experience (X years) as a BI Reporting Analyst with a focus on AI integration.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, Oracle would be beneficial.
