Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design and implement Salesforce solutions supporting Card Member Marketing campaigns and lifecycle management.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable configurations, ensure seamless integration with third-party platforms, and maintain high data integrity standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions for Card Member Marketing campaigns and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations.
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to support targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Integrate third-party SaaS platforms with Salesforce to enhance campaign automation, personalization, and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI and GDPR.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com configuration and customization.
  • Experience in Card Member Marketing or loyalty program management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and Salesforce integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and Audience Segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
  • 5 or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
Should Have:
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Administrator, or Platform Developer III.
Skills:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Apex programming and Visualforce development.
  • Lightning Components and SOQL proficiency.
  • API integrations using REST and SOAP.
  • SaaS platform integration and automation experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the financial services or credit card industry.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and secure data handling.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
