Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience (or equivalent).
• A+, Microsoft, and Cisco certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in networking concepts, operating systems, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Extensive experience with VoIP, L3 switching/routing, network management tools, and Cisco hardware.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Server environments, Exchange server environments, Active Directory, and LDAP.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of QoS techniques and implementation.
• Experience with procurement, contract management, and administrative support.
• Familiarity with software licensing and asset management.
