REMOTE GenAI Engineer No 3rd Parties
We re looking for a passionate and experienced GenAI Engineer to join our client s dynamic Data & AI practice. In this role, you ll play a key part in shaping intelligent, scalable solutions powered by cutting-edge AI/ML technologies. You ll collaborate across teams to architect, implement, and operationalize high-performing AI systems that create meaningful value for our clients.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), building and maintaining production-ready AI applications, and a solid understanding of modern architectures like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Familiarity with data engineering in cloud environments, Data Lakes, and modernization initiatives is essential.
- Location: Remote EST or CST hours
- Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $80-$100/hr
- No third party CTC for this role
What You ll Do:
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI solutions using cloud platforms and tools like ChatGPT, Flowise, LangChain, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and Salesforce.
- Lead the development lifecycle from ideation to deployment in collaboration with stakeholders, project leads, and technical teams.
- Architect and implement serverless and scalable systems tailored for AI use cases with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Build and fine-tune RAG pipelines, incorporating metadata schema design and vector-based search to enhance retrieval quality.
- Prototype and deploy natural language processing (NLP) and content automation tools using microservices-based approaches.
What Gets You the Job:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML initiatives.
- Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proven hands-on experience with LLM APIs, cloud-native services, and platforms like AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in tools like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes, with a good grasp of infrastructure-as-code and containerized deployments.
- Experience in DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps workflows, combined with an agile mindset.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
