Job Details

Title: SharePoint/PowerApps Developer
Location: Midwestern United States Region (Hybrid, onsite Tuesday and Wednesday)

Description:
The SharePoint/PowerApps Developer supports the design, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise collaboration technologies. This role involves creating and customizing SharePoint internal sites, developing niche applications, and promoting automation of workflows to improve business activities. Responsibilities include building web parts, lists, forms, and workflows, managing site governance, automating processes using Power Automate, and delivering end-user support and training. The Developer will work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement user-centered collaboration solutions.

Required Skills:
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in SharePoint/SharePoint Online development.
Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFX).
Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET frameworks.
Strong familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, Python, and Web Services.
Skilled in developing and configuring SharePoint Online sites and solutions across all application tiers.
Proficient in building automated workflows using PowerApps, SharePoint Designer, and Power Automate.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Desired Skills:
Experience working with collaboration tools and a strong interest in enhancing user experiences.
Familiarity with SharePoint site governance, permissions management, and content management best practices.
Ability to extend SharePoint functionality through the development of custom web parts, applications, and workflow automation.
Strong documentation and end-user training skills.

Compensation:
Pay range: $44.10-$63 per hour
