Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to support regulatory examinations, control testing, and document management initiatives. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders and successful execution of regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory examinations by identifying and tracking follow-ups, preparing stakeholder communications, coordinating meetings, and reviewing/submitting documentation.

  • Analyze regulatory requirements, facilitate stakeholder reviews, track client responses, and review submitted responses for accuracy and completeness.

  • Contribute to the upgrade and reorganization of the team s SharePoint document management sites.

  • Perform control testing by reviewing documentation, assessing control design and operating effectiveness, compiling results, and providing recommendations.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, including the ability to categorize follow-ups, identify next steps, and secure stakeholder buy-in.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in business analysis, program operations, risk management, or a similar role.
