A leading industrial supply and e-commerce company is hiring a full-time Lead Staff Data Engineer to join their Pricing Technology team. This role offers hybrid flexibility and leverages modern tools like AWS, Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, and Python.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of Data Engineering experience
  • 5+ years building & deploying cloud-native pipelines (AWS)
  • Strong Python & SQL skills
  • DBT, Airflow, Snowflake
  • DAGs or similar orchestration tools
  • Experience designing scalable data lakes and pipelines
  • Strong cross-functional communication and requirement gathering skills
  • Team mentorship and tech leadership
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with data mesh architecture
  • Background in pricing, ecommerce, or advanced analytics
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Machine Learning exposure is a plus
