5+ years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer and Unix System Administrator- Extensive knowledge of Software Defined Storage architecture, specifically Open-Source Ceph- Proven experience in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders across development verticals- Demonstrated history of optimizing design, technology, regulatory, and/or process standards using innovative tools and staying abreast of industry trends- Strong background in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues- Experience in teaming with other technical experts to resolve/anticipate issues and implement impactful solutions
