Duration: 12+ Months Contract (possible extension of long term)

Job Description:

Designs and configuration of business processes within Primavera Unifier and P6.And coordinates configuration of back-end components and middleware components in support of application development

• Performs analysis and debugging Assists in the creation and maintenance of business processes
• Develops testing plan and deploying to production
• BI Reporting and custom dashboards
• Participates in, and may lead, User training and demos for business users
• Consistently follows best practices and develop internal processes for deployments
• Provide support as needed with future integrations.
• Works in close cooperation with business users and other functional team members Interacts with clients, internal and external, acting as a key liaison between business and technology areas.

• Collaborate with team members to understand current processes and identify areas where automation and AI can be integrated.
  Assess where technology can be implemented to streamline operations and improve workflows.
  Lead innovative AI solutions and process improvements while providing continuity and guidance to team members.
  Evaluate and select tools such as large language models, Databricks, Office 365 Suite, and Salesforce, ensuring they integrate effectively with AI capabilities.
  Analyze metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
  
  Qualifications:
  Strong understanding of automation and AI technologies, with a focus on practical applications.
  Experience with Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
  Ability to write effective AI-driven conversations and prototypes.
  Appreciation for technology; coding experience is advantageous but not essential.
  Analytical thinker with the ability to apply learnings and technologies effectively.
  Open to potential for full-time employment conversion based on performance.
