Sr Technical Writer -Networking

Currently we are seeking a "Sr Technical Writer" for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.

Position: Sr Technical Writer

Location: San jose, CA ( Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Reformat product user guides in Microsoft Word according to established procedures and a rebranding checklist.
• Identify and restructure key content segments for clarity and coherence.
• Adhere to established processes, style guides, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Manage multiple groups of manuals concurrently, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Facilitate product manual reviews and approvals, incorporating feedback as necessary.
• Consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively managing time and priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in Networking, Telecom, Cloud, or Storage industries.
• Experience working with DITA/XML using the Oxygen XML Editor.
• Proficient in creating videos using the Adobe Acrobat Suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, with experience in using styles and macros highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining document quality.
• Ability to write documentation from scratch, not just edit existing documents.
• Must have experience with Git, Markup languages (e.g., AsciiDoc), use case documentation, and topic-based writing
