Duration: 12 months
Locations: Raleigh, NC; Boston, MA, Merrimack, NH; Westlake, TX; San Antonio, TX - Hybrid work schedule. Hybrid with onsite requirement every other week.

Contract description
Design, develop, and maintain multi-tier distributed applications using Angular and Java technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a timely manner.
Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end and back-end systems.
Utilize MQ/Kafka technology to develop and support data ingestion services.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications
7-9 years of experience developing multi-tier distributed applications.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and testing accessible and responsive UI applications using Angular, NgRx, and TypeScript.
Expert-level knowledge of REST API development using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot technologies.
Familiarity with financial messaging protocols like FIX and experience with AWS cloud technologies is a plus.
Strong understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies (Ideally Oracle/Redis/Aerospike/Dynamo DB).
