Position: Project Manager (Banking Industry)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Locals only) Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Location: Contract

Relevant Experience: 8+ Years

Role Overview: Supports key strategic initiatives in the planning, analysis, and delivery of projects. Drives project execution for respective areas and owns key initiatives within their function.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project lifecycles for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Technology Relations objectives (30%)

Identify and implement new tactics to support overarching Technology Relations goals across multiple functions, leveraging cross-functional collaboration (20%)

Develop and deploy strategic key messages for Global Technology, ensuring clarity and consistency across communications (20%)

Own the creation and maintenance of functional calendars and knowledge repositories to enhance team coordination and information sharing (15%)

Develop, uplift, and maintain playbooks documenting key areas of expertise for internal training and external knowledge sharing (15%)


Project Management Capabilities:

Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through closure, applying best practices in scope, schedule, and resource management

Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders effectively

Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues to keep projects on track

Prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills

Prepare project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, and post-project reviews to support continuous improvement

Engage with senior leadership and C-Suite stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering accurate, timely updates and deliverables

Proactive and self-motivated, working ahead of deadlines and exceeding expectations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and deep organizational capabilities

Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

Understanding of C-Suite priorities, emphasizing accuracy and expediency.
