Job Details
This role supports the IS-LSHC-HC 2.2 vertical for customer, focusing on stabilizing and technically leading the Network Tower. The SME is expected to bring deep hands-on expertise and architectural leadership to modernize and optimize enterprise network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Stabilization: Lead the design and stabilization of customer s network infrastructure, identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
Managed Services Oversight: Support 24x7 network operations with 99.99% availability, including disaster recovery (RPO: 30 min, RTO: 48 hrs).
Performance & Cost Optimization: Rationalize software and circuit spend while improving SLA performance and reducing administrative overhead.
Security & Compliance: Implement network security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (DISA, CIS, etc.).
Documentation & Governance: Maintain detailed network documentation and lead governance efforts across hardware, software, and service contracts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to align network strategy with business goals.
Technical Skills & Expertise
Must-Have
Deep hands-on experience with Networking technologies including Cisco, Zscaler, CheckPoint, F5 etc.
Strong command of protocols: TCPIP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP
Experience with network monitoring, logging, and failure notification systems
Wireless infrastructure (WAPs, AV livestream devices, Crestron units)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Good-to-Have
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Experience in data center migration and hybrid environments
Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIA, Fortinet NSE
