Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-year initiative consolidating imaging systems into a single enterprise solution. This role offers the opportunity to guide a large-scale technology transformation, bringing multiple platforms together into one standardized environment. Sectra experience is a strong plus, and you will partner closely with executives, governance committees, and vendors to ensure program success.

Location: Remote with occasional onsite travel

What You ll Do:



  • Lead the consolidation of multiple imaging systems into a single enterprise solution.


  • Oversee program planning, execution, and delivery for a multi-year technology rollout.


  • Collaborate with stakeholders, steering committees, and senior executives across the organization.


  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption.


  • Manage risk, compliance, and reporting throughout the program lifecycle.


What Gets You the Job:



  • Experience with enterprise imaging solutions; Sectra knowledge is highly preferred.


  • Background in healthcare technology projects or large enterprise system implementations.


  • Strong expertise in program and project management with multi-year initiative success.


  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and presenting to executive leadership.


  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in complex environments.
