Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating effectively with executive-level stakeholders is a plus.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Experience using project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working within a customer-centric organization is highly desirable.

Duties:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to play a vital role in scaling the client Lighthouse program.
This individual will be responsible for managing key operational processes, ensuring the smooth execution of customer engagements, and contributing to the program's overall success.
This role will require strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities:
Daily IES Health Check & Issue Resolution:
Assist with daily monitoring and escalation management: Provide support to the Lighthouse Program Manager in the daily monitoring of client Enterprise Suite (IES) customer health and sentiment, utilizing established processes and tools.
Facilitate issue escalation and resolution: Assist in identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution, ensuring clear communication and tracking of progress.
Analyze data and identify trends: Support the analysis of daily monitoring data to identify trends and potential problems, contributing to proactive solutions and recommendations.
Contribute to process improvement: Support the ongoing development and refinement of the daily IES monitoring process, identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis and observation.

Lighthouse Customer Engagement Management:
Manage a comprehensive data set of Lighthouse customers, tracking engagement activities, frequency, and overall health.
Ensure consistent and high-quality engagement with Lighthouse customers across various touchpoints (e.g., product development feedback, roadmap input, beta testing, Go-to-Market strategy).
Develop and implement strategies to maintain customer activation and maximize the value derived from their participation.
Coordinate and schedule customer-facing engagement opportunities, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Collaboratively organize and facilitate meetings to ensure high-quality interactions.
Track and analyze customer engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the customer journey.

Bonus Points:
Experience working with upper-mid-market clients.
Familiarity with the accounting or financial software industry.
Experience with CRM systems.
