Description
We are looking for a skilled Support Service Analyst to provide exceptional desktop support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This long-term contract position is based in Broomfield, Colorado, and will require a proactive individual who is adept at troubleshooting and delivering top-notch IT service. The role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance IT processes, improve knowledge management practices, and develop scalable tools to optimize user experiences.
Responsibilities:
Deliver first-line and second-line IT support, resolving technical issues across Windows, MacOS, and Linux platforms.
Manage and maintain endpoint tools such as Intune to ensure smooth device operation.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing user concerns promptly and effectively.
Oversee inventory and asset lifecycle processes to ensure accurate tracking and management.
Collaborate with teams to improve IT service processes and implement scalable support tools.
Utilize productivity and collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams, O365, and Slack to enhance user experience.
Support knowledge management initiatives by creating and maintaining process documentation.
Troubleshoot and manage A/V equipment, including docking stations and conferencing tools.
Assist in incident, change, and problem management processes to align with best practices.
Offer specialized support for executive-level stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, including first-line and second-line troubleshooting.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows, MacOS, Linux, and endpoint tools like Intune.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Experience with inventory management and asset lifecycle processes.
Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as O365, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
Knowledge of IT service management practices, with experience in platforms like ServiceNow preferred.
IT certifications such as CompTIA or similar are a plus.
Exposure to scripting and automation tools for endpoint management is highly desirable.
