Job Details

Job Summary We are seeking a Workday HCM Integration Lead/Developer to support the implementation and ongoing management of Workday integrations. This role involves leading integration workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance across systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday integration tools and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage integration workstreams in collaboration with implementation partners and internal teams. Develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services across HR functional areas. Facilitate end-to-end integration testing and sign-off processes. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration protocols. Ensure accurate documentation and knowledge transfer for ongoing support. Develop reports using Workday Report Designer tools. Support authentication and SSO configuration in collaboration with internal resources. Maintain and test system configurations and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations. Create and maintain documentation for system design, development, and testing. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and records management policies. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Workday integration development. Proven experience with Workday integration tools (Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors). Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Time Reporting. Experience in system auditing, user authentication, and data security. Demonstrated ability to lead integration projects and manage risks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to mentor team members and work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Workday Report Designer. Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems. Exposure to Workday implementation projects in public sector or enterprise environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
