We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as an E-Crimes Intelligence Analyst. This full-time, on-site/hybrid position based in Hollywood, FL, requires expertise in the carding ecosystem, including underground forums, markets, and other illicit platforms. The role focuses on identifying emerging threats, actors, and monetization tactics within the payment fraud landscape. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cybercrime investigation, dark web monitoring, and financial threat intelligence, with a proven ability to transform raw data from illicit sources into actionable insights for external clients.

responsibilities:


  • Proactively monitor and analyze underground platforms (e.g., dark web marketplaces, forums, Telegram, and other related channels) associated with payment card fraud and other illicit activities.
  • Gather, process, and analyze intelligence on emerging carding techniques, tools, services, and fraud trends, and produce detailed reports and presentations based on this data. This will include data from internal collection systems.
  • Track and evaluate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) related to payment fraud.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to process and interpret data using the organization's proprietary intelligence platform.
  • Regularly engage with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations based on intelligence findings.


qualifications:


  • More than 3 years of working experience in this domain.
  • Deep familiarity with:


    • Structure and operation of illicit markets within the carding fraud ecosystem
    • Terminology (e.g., carding bots, dumps vs CVV, etc)
    • Attacks commonly carried out (e.g., bin attacks)

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and produce high-quality actionable intelligence reporting
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a strong investigative mindset.
  • High interest in combating cybercrime and fraud
  • Can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory
