Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious professional who can demonstrate success in managing and growing a Sales Territory to achieve results. Prospect and generate new relationships with clients in Technology and Business Consulting.

The Sales Leader is responsible for setting and executing the company's overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share in the staffing and recruiting industry. This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, fostering client relationships.

Key responsibilities includedeveloping and implementing a sales strategy aligned with business goals, managing and mentoring a sales team for high performance, analyzing market trends, setting and monitoring sales targets, building client relationships, collaborating with other departments, and optimizing sales processes


Must have a proven history of overachievement, as we are only seeking the highest caliber of sales professionals.

Education, Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS degree; advanced degree a plus but not required.
    Senior Level-Minimum 10 + years experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Candidates typically need [5-10] years of progressive sales experience with [3-5] years in a leadership role within the staffing or a related industry. A strong track record of exceeding sales targets is also required.
  • Leadership Experience in Staffing Industry, managing and growing Revenue generating Accounts.
  • Essential skills and competencies for this role include exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, analytical abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen in the staffing industry, coaching capabilities, and adaptability.
  • Demonstrate strong background in Staffing services for either of these functions- Technology, Life sciences, Light industrial/manufacturing, General administration, Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Creative and Design, Operations and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

Quota Attainment.

  • Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet or exceed assigned goals.
  • Proven track record in meeting Sales quotas, breaking into new customer accounts and developing existing customer accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key corporate accounts.
  • Manage communication between the clients and WinMax. Proactively meet with clients on their changing business needs.
  • Conduct introductory and high-level presentations including the demonstration of WinMax Systems staffing and consulting Services.
  • Conduct continuous prospecting activities and build a sales pipeline sufficiently to support achievement of sales revenue goals.
  • Managing competitive and evolving staffing industry landscape.

Leadership

  • Help in executing the overall company strategy of growth
  • Attract, hire, mentor and manage a team of junior to mid-level account managers to generate revenue for the company.
  • Forecast business and sales pipeline as required, updating Senior Management on the status of all prospects, in-process sales cycles and potential revenue.

Base Pay Information
The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what WinMax may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on WinMax s assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.

$80,000.00- $100,000.00- Compensation Includes: Industry Competitive Salary PLUS Top Commission and Performance Bonus, Medical Benefits.
