Job Description
As our Salesforce Pardot - Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant, you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end. This will require you to be involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, and configuration alongside testing and deployment. Application designing, enhancements, building, validations, and deployments. Creating Pardot's complex journeys through various Engagement Programs. Working on Email module with email template creation, content configuration, personalization, sender profile setup, and test send validations.
A Successful Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Strengths in These Areas
- Design and manage a complete implementation and configuration for Salesforce Pardot.
- Work with the client during the discovery phase to develop the use cases and collect implementation requirements.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and contributing to statements of work,
- Document the technical requirements to be used in solution design and implementation.
- Undertake the technical setup of the platform, including data integrations
- Design, implement, and monitor automated campaigns across email and the web, and advise clients on how to optimize further.
- Design and set up the integration of Pardot with the client's other Salesforce platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics.
- Conduct training, deliver presentations, and lead meetings with clients and partners
- Undertake training and certification for new technologies as they come to market.
- Assist with the pre-sales process. Meet with potential clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into a proposal.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Pardot experience and delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects.
- Successfully completed at least two full Pardot implementations.
- Pardot certifications: Certified Pardot Specialist (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist) and Certified Pardot Consultant (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant).
- At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in an implementation environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology and campaign workflows.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interactive communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable, versatile, and comfortable with changing priorities.
- High level of self-awareness with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to map and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Must be comfortable speaking in public and interacting with C-level executives, marketers, web developers, engineers, analysts, and ad agencies.
- Ability to work across multiple projects.
