Description
We are looking for a motivated Systems Administrator to oversee and enhance the IT operations of our organization in Monroe, Washington. This role requires expertise in managing network infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and play a key role in aligning technology with business objectives.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Benefits:
Eligibility for healthcare coverage after 60 days of hire. Company shares the cost of medical coverage approximately 75% of monthly premium amounts for enrolled employees.
Eligibility to participate in Simple IRA retirement savings plan with an up to 3% employer match
Paid Holidays

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or a related role.
Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Windows Server.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite systems and integrations.
Strong knowledge of VPN setup and troubleshooting.
Expertise in Windows OS and desktop support.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and IT systems in a production environment.
Ability to manage projects and implement IT solutions effectively.
Understanding of network cabling standards, including CAT5.

- Provide onsite support for staff with hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols
- Administer and help customize our NetSuite ERP system (roles, permissions, saved searches, workflows)
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and cloud services
- Maintain device lifecycle (laptops, printers, backup systems)
- Lead and support company-wide IT projects (upgrades, integrations, automations)
- Ensure data security, uptime, and system performance across the organization
- Document IT procedures and train end-users as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
