Pay Range:$41.61-$61.20/Hrs

Description
* Develop and maintain automation workflows for infrastructure management.
* Enhance dashboards to monitor device health and performance.
* Assist in system upgrade cycles with validation and support.
* Conduct testing of new releases and report issues for resolution.
* Collaborate with technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
* Provide feedback on new products and features during pilot phases.
* Offer technical assistance to field support teams as needed.
