Job Title: Salesforce Product Manager Financial Services Cloud

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager with strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead and manage the development, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across our financial ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and business analysts to drive value through our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Architects, QA, and Business Users) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with financial regulations.

Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams to support system development.

Provide ongoing training, documentation, and support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Evaluate new Salesforce releases, features, and AppExchange solutions relevant to Financial Services Cloud.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Management or Business Analysis roles.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), including data model, client management, and financial account relationships.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong Business Analysis skills capable of translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations.
  • Experience creating and maintaining product backlogs, roadmaps, and feature prioritization frameworks.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels executives, end users, and developers.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred:
  • Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (a plus)
